If you have more time for meditation, begin by sitting in a comfortable and quiet space where you won’t be disturbed. Wearing loose and comfortable clothing will help enhance this feeling of being unrestricted, as will lots of space around you. Next, close your eyes and concentrate on your breathing, letting any stray thoughts that pop into your head simply drift away. You can do this for as long as you wish, but 5-10 minutes a day is a good start.
