Funny guy Phil, good, accurate reading. Please note that Phil has a tendency to laugh at stupid things that deserves nothing but a laugh. If your situation is too ridiculous like they are sometimes, Phil gives the message with a laugh which I found refreshing because sometimes, we have to laugh at how stupid certain things/people are!
